Last Tuesday, the whole school went up on the Quantock for a day of activities. We did orienteering, we did archery, we did boule, we did football golf and we did map reading too. Other children did other activities like bug and fairy houses with Mrs Thorne, and Andy the Quantock ranger showed us how to identify skulls.
"It was fun and sporty," said Libby Hughes, aged 10.
One of our parents said, "In the morning my daughter didn't really want to go but when she came home she told me just how much she loved it! What a wonderful change in someone, especially after the exhausting but fun residential and a mini family holiday over the weekend. She was tired but she really loved it."
